Regular mail to Canada: Orders to Canada are sent via Canada Post Expedited service from Vancouver, BC

Priority mail: For USA priority mail we use UPS and for priority mail to Canada, Canada Post

Overnight delivery: we have chosen TNT as our unique courier (P.O Boxes are not accepted)

If you happen to have your own courier account, we will be happy to use it, a handling fee of 3 USD
will be applied per order.
If you live in Vancouver, you are welcome to visit us to pick up your parcel,
please choose “office pick up” as the shipping method .
Pick up is available in Montreal for certain products, call us 514-4489376 for more information

We do ship to APOs via Canada post/ USPS priority mail

CODS

We are only able to send CODs within Canada, please note that 7 Canadian dollars will be added to the purchase total,
which is paid to Canada post for the service. COD is only available via priority mail

Worldwide Shipping

Merconnet is proud to offer worldwide shipping. For destinations other than USA and Canada, Airmail regular shipping) is available to make the shipping fee affordable (for small packages only) and avoiding the payment of any custom fee (air mail packages are exempt of import taxes or duties). We use different courier companies depending on the location, we spend a great deal of time figuring out the most cost effective and efficient method of travel for your purchased goods.

Can you ship to an International Address?

Yes,regular shipping to Europe starts at £7/ 8USD. Shipping to the rest of the world is charged at £9 ot 10 USD . Please note that we use Airmail for small packages, via Spring Global Mail. This company does not provide with tracking number and shipment is not insured. If you prefer a faster and traceable delivery please use Priority Shipping (We use TNT Express)

Typically, regular mail to Europe will take 7 - 9 working days to arrive,please not that there is not tracking number available.
For priority mail , TNT, tracking number it takes between 3-5 business days. Delivery to the rest of the world will take 5-14 days via regular mail and 4-6 via priority mail.
For third world countries where the mail service is not reliable we advise our customers to use priority mail- courier services.
If you find the rates for priority rather expensive, please contact us at management@merconnet.com, we will try to find a better deal for you.

Shipping rates quoted are estimates based on the information you have supplied. Those rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Merconnet is not responsible for any customs or duties charges.
Orders placed before 11 am PST will be sent the same day if there are not billing issues.
Orders placed after 11 am PST will be sent next day, except for weekends or Canadian statutory holidays for Canada and USA statutory holidays for shipping within the USA.
We can’t ship priority mail order or overnight to P.O Boxes.
We take all precautions to safe guard your purchase. Please do not be offended if we ask for an ID or verify an address. To keep prices down we have to keep our costs down. Credit Card fraud is a leading problem that most companies experience when trying to keep their costs down. We are striving hard to keep prices at the bare minimum for you.
If the address provided is wrong, and item has to be resend, customer has to pay for shipping again
If priority shipping is used the parcel is fully insured, for regular mail, there is no insurance

Due to the increase in Fraudulent activities on online purchasing,we do not offer shipping to the following countries:
